HuddleNow—event mobile app
Schneider previously tried several mobile apps for their annual events. But attendee usage was poor, and the executive team was not happy. Schneider evaluated HuddleNow and decided to implement the app for the November 2017 meeting. The integration was a massive success, and Schneider signed on for an additional 3 meetings a year—from 2018-2020.

Client needs: The main issue Schneider had with previous event apps was that they couldn’t provide the level of customization they needed. In some instances, attendees had trouble downloading the app. In others, the app couldn’t complete last minute changes to the agenda. These downfalls required management and attendees to fall back on old fashioned updates, fresh off hotel business center printers.
The senior executives who attend these meetings are less likely to participate in digital applications. Especially ones that are more intuitive to younger audiences—particularly in regard to social networking features. Since many attending executives bring a guest to these meetings, those people are often one degree away from traditional scheduling and communication mechanisms. Ultimately, upper management was concerned mobile apps weren’t worth the time, energy, or money.
Implementation: HuddleNow allows attendees to schedule a customized agenda. The multiple application modules are tailored to specific client needs. In addition, HuddleNow pushes real-time agenda updates to phones, even during the event—regardless of operating system
